Paranormal State is about The Pennsylvania State University Paranormal Research Society (founded by Ryan Buell) . The show depicts the students' investigations of paranormal activity and supernatural phenomena.

I am a massive fan of Paranormal State every episode i have watched has always been fantastic, the show has an excellent team that conduct interesting investigations and they always approach every case with an objective view and always put the vicitims first. I also really like how if they do not feel the haunting the people are claiming to be having is proof positive they will be honest and say the place is not haunted in their view and try and show explanations for what caused the things to happen. Also i think every paranormal investigator wants to be able to say Now Entering Dead Time.

I was a fan when the show first came out but over time I realized the show strained credulity. Ryan can barely keep a straight face through most of it. I think the world of Chip Coffey but Ryan leaves a bad taste in my mouth! And pal Topher...thats another story entirely! Ouch!
